Transformation Leader

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of successfully implementing Agile principles in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for coaching teams and individuals on Agile best practices, facilitating workshops and training sessions, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for:

• Coaching teams and individuals on Agile best practices
• Facilitating workshops and training sessions to promote Agile adoption
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
• Identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Agile methodologies and industry trends

You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business value and improve processes.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

• A strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Proven experience as an Agile Coach or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
