About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Community Engagement Lead to join our dedicated Early Years team.

This pivotal role involves supervising Community Connectors and Bi-Cultural Workers across multiple sites, designing and implementing a consistent community engagement and capacity-building framework.

  • Supervise, mentor and support Community Connectors and Bi-Cultural Workers
  • Design, implement and oversee a consistent community engagement and capacity-building framework
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families, communities and service providers

Key Selection Criteria
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in community development, social sciences or early childhood education
