Metcash Trading Limited is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that top suppliers maximize their potential on our innovative technology platform, Sorted.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key suppliers, supporting them in optimizing their performance on Sorted, and partnering with internal teams to enhance supplier success. You will also provide strategic guidance and support for supplier self-service adoption, guide suppliers through digital transformation, and address adoption challenges to maximize supplier success.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have experience in sales, promotions, account management, or project coordination, ideally within FMCG, retail, or e-commerce. You should also have a proven ability to drive adoption of new technologies, with success in both implementation and ongoing management. Additionally, you should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint) and have experience managing product data processes.
