Role Overview

We are seeking a Logistics Support Specialist to join our team. In this impactful role, you will play a pivotal part in optimising processes and ensuring the efficient movement of inventory and shipments.

Your work will have a ripple effect, enabling vital medicines to reach patients on time and supporting other essential deliveries, from wind turbines to semiconductors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide holistic support to customers in sea freight and foster long-term relationships.
  • Process customer inquiries, prepare offers, and control order processing from acceptance to shipment completion.
  • Integrate and maintain customer data, create reports for analysis and optimisation, and collaborate with operational departments, sales, and carriers.
  • Expand customer portfolios, develop new business, and acquire customers through strategic partnerships.
Required Skills:
  • A focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation through high levels of service quality and close collaboration with operational and commercial stakeholders.
  • Owning, monitoring, and driving all sales activities to ensure best-in-class customer onboarding.
  • Ensuring continuous improvement of processes and controls to guarantee complete and correct customer contact data, service data, and changes in our systems.
  • Actively managing interfaces and information exchange with your team and stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient shipment management.
  • Prioritising customer complaint management to deliver consistently against customer promises.
  • Cooperating closely with the Operational Care Center (OCC) and Revenue Care Center (RCC) to optimise the customer experience.
  • Delivering against financial targets and strategic objectives.
