Sea Freight Logistics Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sea Freight Logistics Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing processes and ensuring that inventory and shipments move efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Provide holistic support for customers in sea freight and promote long-term, partnership-based customer relationships.
  • Inquiry Processing: Process customer inquiries and prepare offers.
  • Order Management: Control order processing from order acceptance to document verification to the completion of the shipment.
  • Data Management: Integrate and maintain customer data as well as create reports for the analysis and optimization of our services.
  • Collaboration: Closely cooperate with operational departments, sales, and carriers.
  • Business Development: Expand the portfolio of existing customers, develop new business, and acquire customers.
What We're Looking For:
  • Customer Engagement: A focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation through high levels of service quality, close collaboration with operational and commercial key stakeholders, and air logistics management to optimize the customer experience.
  • Sales Ownership: Ownership, monitoring, and driving all sales activities.
  • Customer Onboarding: Ensuring best-in-class customer onboarding.
  • Process Improvement: Continuous improvement of processes and controls ensuring complete and correct customer contact data, service data, and changes in our systems, including customer reporting for SME customers.
  • Interface Management: Active management of interfaces and the exchange of information, knowledge, and data with your team and other stakeholders involved to ensure effective and efficient shipment management.
  • Complaint Management: Prioritizing customer complaint management, ensuring a consistent delivery against the customer promise.
  • Cooperation: Close cooperation with the Operational Care Center (OCC) and the Revenue Care Center (RCC) to optimize the customer experience.
  • Performance Targets: Delivery against all financial targets and strategic objectives of your CCL.
