Freight Logistics Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Specialist to join our team in the dynamic field of sea freight. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless shipping experiences.
- Process customer inquiries: Respond to customer calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
- Prepare offers: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create customized solutions for customers, meeting their unique needs and expectations.
- Manage order processing: Coordinate with operational departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment, from acceptance to document verification and shipment completion.
- Maintain customer data: Integrate and update customer information, creating reports for analysis and service optimization.
- Cultivate customer relationships: Develop long-term partnerships with customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
This role requires a high level of service quality, prioritizing customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation. You will work closely with the Operational Care Center (OCC) and Revenue Care Center (RCC) to optimize the customer experience.
