Optimize Supply Chain Operations

This role plays a pivotal part in streamlining processes and ensuring efficient inventory and shipment management.

  • Provide holistic support to customers for sea freight services and promote long-term, partnership-based relationships.
  • Process customer inquiries and prepare offers that meet their needs.
  • Oversee order processing from acceptance to document verification to completion of the shipment.
  • Integrate and maintain accurate customer data while generating reports for analysis and optimization of our services.
  • Collaborate closely with operational departments, sales, and carriers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Expand existing customer portfolios, develop new business opportunities, and acquire new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences through high levels of service quality, close collaboration with key stakeholders, and air logistics management.
  • Own, monitor, and drive all sales activities to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Ensure seamless customer onboarding processes.
  • Continuously improve processes and controls to ensure accurate and complete customer contact data, service data, and system updates.
  • Effectively manage interfaces and information exchange with teams and stakeholders to optimize shipment management.
  • Prioritize customer complaint management to ensure consistent delivery against customer promises.
  • Collaborate closely with the Operational Care Center (OCC) and Revenue Care Center (RCC) to enhance customer experiences.
  • Meet all financial targets and strategic objectives set by senior leadership.
  • Perform any additional tasks required by management.
