
Front Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Front Office Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front office, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our corporate managers in various administrative tasks.
About the Role:
- Answering and distributing all incoming calls in a timely manner
- Maintaining internal phone lists and meeting room systems
- Franking mail and distributing it to relevant personnel
- Issuing access passes for visitors and contractors
- Meeting and greeting clients, customers, and managing inventory levels
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area
- Supporting travel coordination and arranging catering services
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing an efficient and prompt service to internal and external customers
- Office administration support for corporate managers
- Maintaining meeting bookings and accurate word processing reports
- Arranging travel requirements and assisting with business travel accounts
- Preparing and coordinating corporate archiving
