About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill this Case Manager position. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

This role involves managing a caseload of files, using expert knowledge and judgment to formulate strategies that advise and guide members on relevant processes. You will be responsible for handling initial member queries, assessing claims, and providing world-class advisory services.

The working hours for this role are 22.5 hours per week, split across Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Travel to our office in Brisbane is required once a week.

  • Develop and implement effective case management strategies to ensure exceptional member service.
  • Manage complaints, advice, report, and reimbursement cases, selecting and explaining the best solutions to resolve member queries.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring seamless case progression.
