Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to join our team at Kraft Heinz. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating losses within our supply chain to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loss Analysis and Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain data to uncover loss patterns and root causes. Develop and share detailed reports with cross-functional teams to recommend loss reduction strategies.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and track mitigation actions for supply chain loss reduction, ensuring accountability and providing progress updates. Coordinate donation efforts across the region with partners.
  • Process Improvement: Work with stakeholders in supply, demand, logistics, procurement, revenue management, and sales to address loss causes and enhance processes to reduce supply chain losses.
  • Financial Reporting: Contribute to monthly closing activities with the Supply Chain Finance team to accurately reflect provision changes and write-offs, and refine supply chain forecasting methods to better predict future losses.
Requirements
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for loss identification and reduction.
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex data clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects collaboratively and hold self and team accountable.
  • Experience with JDE/BPCS/Blue Yonder/JDA preferred.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and certifications (CSCP, CTSC, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
  • Background in supply chain management or loss prevention, ideally in FMCG or products with short shelf life.
  • Experience in a commercial setting with knowledge of finance processes.
