We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at WT Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert cost management and quantity surveying services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cost plans and budgets for construction projects
  • Conduct cost checking and value engineering to optimize project costs
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts with clients and contractors
  • Manage and analyze project cash flows and procurement processes
  • Provide expert advice on cost reporting, variations, and claims
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and main contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
  • Full Australian working rights and current location in Australia
  • RICS/AIQS accreditation highly regarded
  • Proficient in Cost X and ability to produce top-down and bottom-up cost plans
  • Strong understanding of the total project life cycle and excellent communication skills
