Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices in supply planning and inventory management.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee inventory levels and stock deployment across ANZ distribution centers.
  • Analyze shipping data to identify bottlenecks and issues, and develop cost-effective solutions.
  • Coach and mentor supply planning team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, manufacturers, and customers.
  • Communicate supply risks and opportunities to the ANZ commercial team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supply chain planning and inventory management, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
  • Advanced planning and scheduling software experience, including JDA/Blue Yonder and BPCS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Project management expertise and familiarity with project methodologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Preferred knowledge of Power BI and Tableau.
