We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. As a key member of our Albury branch, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with Infrabuild Steel Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Process cash sales, quotes, and orders
  • Prepare reports
  • Maximize sales opportunities
  • Perform general administration duties
Requirements
  • Experience in customer service and/or sales administration
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport
  • Microsoft Office and SAP system experience highly regarded
  • Experience in estimating and drafting in a similar industry highly regarded
