Key Responsibilities
  • Work from a person-centred framework to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Identify opportunities for customers to meet their goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with the broader customer engagement team to ensure customer-specific needs are captured and met
  • Engage with the local community and represent our organization in line with our values
  • Conduct regular customer check-ins and holistic service reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and goals are met
  • Identify and address any resourcing issues and share insights with the coordinator and sales teams to support customer expectations
  • Refer potential new service requirements from customers to the sales team
  • Process new requests from account management and manage customer funds to ensure value for money
  • Follow up and reconcile any non-funded customer activity
Requirements
  • A passion for and recent experience in account management, customer management, or equivalent health or disability services experience
  • Knowledge of the Person-Centred Practice Framework and National Disability Services Standards
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Confidence with tools such as Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Great financial management skills
