Job Title: Senior Kitchen Associate
Job DescriptionA Senior Kitchen Associate plays a pivotal role in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to deliver an exceptional Guest and Member experience while contributing to food cost controls.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and present high-quality dishes according to established company guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment, ensuring no cross-contamination occurs.
- Prepare mise-en-place for all relevant menus in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent service by responding promptly and efficiently to guest queries.
- Evaluate the quality of food items and store them correctly to prevent waste and maintain freshness.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental and financial targets, including controlling costs and improving gross profit margins.
- Assist other departments as needed and foster positive working relationships.
- Report any maintenance, hygiene, or hazard issues to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain awareness of hotel security, fire regulations, health and safety, and food safety legislation.
- Strive to meet departmental targets as part of a cohesive team effort.
- Possession of a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
- A positive attitude towards teamwork and customer satisfaction.
