Breakfast Team Member Opportunity

A highly motivated and skilled Breakfast Team Member is sought to join our dynamic kitchen team.

We are seeking someone who thrives in early shifts, with a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Breakfast Team Member or strong Senior Cook in a busy breakfast or high-volume kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will be confident in preparing and plating consistently high-quality dishes with a focus on seasonality and flavour, and possess excellent organisational skills.

The successful candidate will take charge of the breakfast section, working closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth early operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and plating high-quality dishes for our guests
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and prepped workspace at all times
  • Following food safety and hygiene standards to the letter
