Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience as a senior kitchen assistant in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate various kitchen equipment, practicing sound cooking techniques and safe knife handling.
  • Certificate in commercial cookery or relevant culinary qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, including allergens, hygiene practices, and HACCP procedures.
