FP&A Analyst Role

The FP&A Analyst will report to the Senior Manager – FP&A and Reporting, playing a key role in capital reporting, financial modelling, and process improvement.

  • Partner with key stakeholders to provide capital reporting, analysis, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain long-term capital strategy plans (5-year strategy) and financial models.
  • Support capital governance, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Prepare and review monthly capital reports and financial presentations.
  • Engage with stakeholders to drive performance improvement initiatives.
Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • 1-5 years of experience in a financial, commercial, or capital analyst role post qualification.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • CPA/CA qualification with a solid understanding of Australian Accounting Standards.
  • Experience in a Big 4 or mid-tier chartered environment is highly regarded - 1st/ 2nd movers encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
