About the Role

As a Business Strategy Analyst - Capital Planning, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term capital strategy plans and financial models. You will also support capital governance, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with key stakeholders to provide capital reporting, analysis, and insights.
  • Developing and maintaining long-term capital strategy plans (5-year strategy) and financial models.
  • Supporting capital governance, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Preparing and reviewing monthly capital reports and financial presentations.
About You

We are looking for someone with 1-5 years of experience in a financial, commercial, or capital analyst role post qualification. You should have strong financial modelling and analytical skills, as well as CPA/CA qualification with a solid understanding of Australian Accounting Standards. Experience in a Big 4 or mid-tier chartered environment is highly regarded.

You will also need to possess strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
