Overview Corporate Development Associate – Capital & Growth – Melbourne Responsibilities Drive strategic initiatives, M&A, and growth projects across the group Collaborate with senior leadership on investment strategy & deal execution Support the team on corporate growth strategies, capital raising, financial structuring, and investment analysis Prepare Board and investor materials, conduct investment analysis and feasibility studies, support capital raising and deal execution Assist with new fund and business development initiatives Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and operational teams to ensure deals and strategic projects are delivered efficiently Engage with internal stakeholders and external counterparts to structure deals and optimize investment outcomes Qualifications2 - 4 years' experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Management Consulting, or a related field Strong corporate finance, financial modelling, and capital structuring skills Analytical, commercially aware, and confident presenting financial information to senior stakeholders Contact To discuss this opportunity in confidence, please contact Edward Kiel at edward.kiel@platinumpacificpartners.com.au.
