Job Title: Maintenance Planner

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team in designing, implementing, and managing proactive maintenance planning and scheduling systems. You will be responsible for building preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment on site, developing asset registers, job plans, bill of materials, and maintenance procedures.

The ideal candidate will have trade qualification or tertiary qualification in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related field) and proven experience in maintenance planning within an industrial or manufacturing environment. You should also have a strong understanding of maintenance practices and asset management principles, as well as SAP PM experience or a strong preventative maintenance system.

About the Role:

  • Design, implement, and manage proactive maintenance planning and scheduling systems
  • Build preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment on site
  • Develop asset registers, job plans, bill of materials, and maintenance procedures
  • Schedule preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities
  • Coordinate with production teams to minimize disruption during maintenance windows

Your Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Trade qualification or tertiary qualification in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related field)
  • Proven experience in maintenance planning within an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of maintenance practices and asset management principles
  • SAP PM experience or strong preventative maintenance system
