Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Analyst to play a critical role in understanding financial drivers of customer retention and their impacts on sustainability and profitability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable strategies to optimize retention outcomes.

This includes creating dashboards and management reporting packs to enable meaningful decision making that translates into tangible commercial outcomes.

A strategic thinker and effective negotiator, you must understand the critical role that analysts play in delivering a change agenda through data-driven decisions.

About You

Strong relationships skills are essential to interact, influence, and work with stakeholders across the business.

You will be an experienced Senior Analyst with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in analyzing business/commercial data in a regulated environment.
