- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Engineering disciplines.
- 5+ years of physical or financial trading experience in Australian electricity markets.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Jupyter Notebooks for data analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
- Data-driven mindset with informed opinions on Autobidder's development and performance.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously while influencing others.
- Understanding of quantitative modelling and risk management principles.
