Control Systems and Automation Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to maintain and improve fixed plant assets, ensuring optimal operational productivity and asset performance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in automation control systems, advanced problem-solving, and fault-finding. Experience with PLCs and motor control systems is essential.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, effective communication, and the ability to influence peers and colleagues to meet operational requirements.

  • Conduct root cause analysis investigations to understand critical failures and implement improvement actions.
  • Implement asset and cost improvement projects to drive business excellence.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve maintenance strategies and capital project plans to increase reliability and minimize costs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must hold a degree qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Computer Systems combined with relevant experience.

Key qualifications include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering or Computer Systems engineering.
