Product Management and Technology Leadership Opportunity

ORDE Financial is seeking an experienced Head of Product and Delivery to lead our Product team and drive the development of our technology platform.

We are a rapidly growing non-bank residential and commercial mortgage lending business committed to elevating Australian specialist lending standards. Our purpose is to deliver better experiences, more value, and opportunity for mortgage brokers and their customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of our project portfolio, including the delivery of key projects that form business objectives in our annual plan.
  • Develop and refine our project and change management methodology to ensure consistent and successful delivery across the organisation.
  • Integrate change management processes seamlessly into project delivery, minimising disruption and maximising the adoption of new products and processes.
  • Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile practices and continuous integration/continuous delivery methodologies across teams.
  • Provide expertise in Salesforce, guiding its effective implementation and integration within our broader technology stack.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, vendors, and external consultants to increase delivery capacity and support successful project execution.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in product ownership and project delivery, with 5+ years of experience with Salesforce technology.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience with Human Centred Design practices, including user research and prototyping.
  • Strong commercial acumen to assess potential returns and investment trade-offs.
  • Ability to work across the organisation, driving commercial outcomes on project selection, delivery, and department accountability.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex project portfolios, optimising trade-offs with high quality at pace.
