Job Description

As our Head of Product, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our product roadmap and ensuring we stay ahead of the curve. You'll be responsible for delivering big projects, reviewing product performance, and spearheading growth initiatives. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to create innovative products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow our product suite and expand market share
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing product team that's motivated, agile, and outcome-focused
  • Oversee the delivery of major product initiatives from conception to launch
  • Analyse product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex products in a high-growth, innovative environment
  • Strong experience in technical delivery and working with engineering teams to deploy innovative solutions
  • Demonstrated experience working at a scale-up, juggling both hands-on and strategic responsibilities
