We're building the tools to make it happen, and we're looking for a talented Head of Product to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our product strategy and execution as we scale.

Job Description

As our Head of Product, you'll be responsible for delivering big projects, reviewing product performance, and spearheading growth initiatives. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to create innovative products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategies to grow our product suite and expand market share
    • Lead and mentor a high-performing product team
    • Oversee the delivery of major product initiatives from conception to launch
    • Analyse product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
    • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams

Qualifications and Experience:

    • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
    • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex products in a high-growth environment
    • Strong experience in technical delivery and working with engineering teams
    • Demonstrated experience working at a scale-up, juggling both hands-on and strategic responsibilities
