Job Title: Head of Delivery and Operations

The Client is a national property group with a major retail presence, boasting a solid pipeline of work for the next 3-5 years. They prioritize creating a positive work environment, operating on a Monday-Friday basis with flexible working arrangements.

As the Head of Delivery and Operations, you will lead a team of 6 project managers across various projects, including fit-outs and new builds. Your role will involve mentoring and leading the team, encouraging professional development with internal resources.

You will report to the National Head of Construction, liaising with internal development and property professionals to manage the project pipeline and delivery across brand new facilities and refurbished assets.

  • Excellent standards across quality of construction and management of defects

Requirements:

  • Construction Management and Property qualifications
  • Experience in contractor or consultancy/developer environments

Our client would look favourably on contractor experience, but feel that time spent at a consultancy or developer would be advantageous to hone stakeholder management skills.
