Our team is seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our dynamic group of professionals.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced individual to support our organisation's IT infrastructure and work on exciting projects. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to staff and delivering high-quality service outcomes to internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of our IT Infrastructure
- Technical support to over 2,000 staff and 300 volunteers
- Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure
- Contribute to major infrastructure projects
Requirements:
- Significant experience working in a Level 2 or 3 IT technician helpdesk or similar role
- A full Australian drivers' licence
- Ability to travel to multiple sites
- Excellent customer service skills
