Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a key member in delivering full capability technical solutions, products and services to our customers. Aurizn is a leading Australian Defence science, technology and engineering company that provides expert advice on matters relating to defence.
This varied role involves taking on a range of tasks including infrastructure architecture and design, embedding standardised approaches to infrastructure design, and contributing to incident, problem and change management processes. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with Linux based operating systems, enterprise virtualisation, automation platforms, and skills in enterprise networking.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement infrastructure architectures that meet business requirements.
- Embed a standardised approach to infrastructure design and development.
- Implement automation and monitoring across infrastructure platforms.
- Contribute to incident, problem and change management processes.
- Manage Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services platforms.
- Evaluate and improve existing infrastructure services against compliance frameworks.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with hardening standards and security controls.
- Proficiency in Git and source control such as GitLab and Bitbucket.
- Australian Citizenship required due to a requirement for a security clearance.
