About the Role

We are seeking a Hearing Aid Professional to join our team in Concord. As a key member of our clinic, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet clients, providing friendly and professional service
  • Process and maintain general and client files
  • Maintain appointment diary and make new appointment calls
  • Prepare Medicare claims for payment and coordinate courier despatch
  • Enter incoming stock into the database and maintain stock levels
  • Perform hearing aid checks, minor services, and repairs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fantastic organisation and communication skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
  • An interest in the hearing industry and a high standard of personal presentation
  • Punctuality and reliability
