Job Description

The Engineering Manager is a key role in our team, responsible for guiding initiatives that enhance how healthcare practitioners interact with our platform.

This involves leading and coaching a team of high-performing engineers, driving technical execution and delivery of projects, and supporting the team in monitoring performance and productivity.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and experience in managing engineers.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in managing engineers
  • A strong technical background and a passion for solving complex problems in creative ways
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Formal relevant Engineering qualifications (Software, IT, Mathematics or similar)
