The successful candidate will possess tertiary qualifications in Health Operations or Business, and have proven success in senior roles overseeing clinical or health-related service operations.
They will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and lead through complexity.
Expertise in regulatory compliance, governance, and continuous improvement is essential, along with experience in services like Optical, Dental, Primary Care, or Aged Care.
