Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a high-performing team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and career development opportunities.
  • Drive technical execution and delivery of projects, ensuring high-quality output that meets business and user needs.
  • Support the team in monitoring performance and productivity, using data to make informed decisions.
Stakeholders & Relationships

You'll work closely with our leaders to drive strategic outcomes.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in managing engineers.
  • A strong technical background and passion for solving complex problems in creative ways.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Formal relevant qualifications.
