Job Opportunity: Civil Supervisor

We are partnering with a family-owned civil contracting business to fill the role of Civil Supervisor. The company has over 30 years of experience in land development projects throughout the Perth Metropolitan area.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading teams on land development projects, with a strong working knowledge of earthworks, road construction, underground services, sewers and drainage.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Managing construction crews, including selection and coordination of sub-contractors.
  • Organizing materials & machinery to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Allocating team member tasks and monitoring work to ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Proactively managing site operations to ensure compliance with all practices, policies, procedures and statutory regulations.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Civil Supervisor on subdivision / land development projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of earthworks, drainage, underground services, pavement and road construction.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
  • High regard for HSE policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word and other standard software.
  • Construction White Card and Drivers Licence.
  • Permanent Australian working rights.
What We Offer:

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • $130,000 – $160,000 base salary (dependent on experience).
  • Company vehicle.
  • Superannuation.
  • Laptop and mobile.
  • 45 hours a week (Mon – Fri).

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Civil Supervisor to join our partner's team and contribute to the success of their land development projects.
