
Senior Aquatic Facility Manager

Maintaining community-focused aquatic services and facilities requires a proactive and people-centric leader who can effectively oversee daily operations.
This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and welcoming operation of our aquatic and health facilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and driving service improvements through strong relationships with staff, contractors, and the community.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the operation and management of all aquatic and health facilities.
- Supervise the delivery of high-quality, safe, and community-focused aquatic services.
- Manage contracts and service providers to ensure operational standards are consistently met across the region.
- Work closely with seasonal and permanent staff, contractors, and key stakeholders to maintain compliance with safety regulations and drive service improvements.
This position plays a vital role in delivering aquatic services that support healthy lifestyles, foster community connection, and uphold the highest standards of safety and performance.
The successful candidate will contribute meaningfully to how we serve our region today and shape its future.

- Demonstrated team management and development skills, including experience in supervising and coordinating aquatic facilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise and complete tasks efficiently and to deadlines.
