Pool Manager Role

A proactive and results-driven Operations Manager will oversee the safe, efficient, and customer-focused operation of aquatic and health facilities.
Main Responsibilities- Ensure high-quality, safe, and customer-centric services in Council-owned aquatic and health facilities.
- Manage contracts, including preparing contract documents, overseeing tender processes, monitoring contractor performance, and resolving issues.
- Operate and manage public swimming pools or aquatic centres, including water quality management, facility maintenance, staff supervision, risk management, and compliance with regulations.
- Degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or relevant field, with experience in aquatic centre operations and maintenance.
- Proven track record in contract management, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, conflict resolution and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
