Empowering Youth Through Positive Mentorship

Our mission is to empower vulnerable communities through tailored services and opportunities. We provide diverse client-centric programs that support young people's strengths by building skills and experience.
We offer a unique youth mentoring program for female children and young people aged 10-17 in contact with the criminal justice and child protection systems. Our aim is to engage these young people's strengths and promote resilience and self-determination in their lives.
- Mentors will develop quality relationships with mentees and support them in developing healthy relationships within their community.
- The program requires mentors to model desirable attributes such as resilience, self-determination, high self-esteem, and motivation.
- Mentors must discourage mentees from engaging in risky behaviour and support them in accessing services within their community.
To be eligible for this role, applicants must be 18 years or above, have a current working with children's check, and commit to working with vulnerable children for a minimum of six months. Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations, including booster, is required, along with a police check.
