About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for human rights and creating positive change. You will work closely with a team to develop and implement engaging programs that foster personal growth, build meaningful connections with youth through mentorship and guidance, and provide emotional support to help young people navigate challenges.

  • Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care), or equivalent qualification, is highly regarded. A willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements is also essential.
  • You must be empathetic and compassionate, with a keen understanding of diverse experiences, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively engage with others.
