Job Description:

Transforming Healthcare through Leadership and Innovation.

As a National Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our transformation program forward and bringing our strategy to life.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Program Design and Delivery: Develop and implement comprehensive programs of work, based on the identification of key issues to solve for aligned to our strategic objectives.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key business stakeholders at executive leadership level, as well as operational teams and external partners as required, to drive alignment and support for recommendations that lead to the formation of programs of work to deliver, and throughout program execution.

  • Program Implementation: Create and implement program business and benefit cases, including change management activities, utilizing appropriate project and change management methodologies for each program, ensuring successful transition to a business-as-usual operating state.

With 8+ years' experience in successfully leading complex, challenging healthcare programs, you will be able to independently manage programs and proactively address risk and issues, ensuring on-time delivery within agreed scope.
