We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill this challenging role.

The position involves working closely with key stakeholders to drive healthcare transformation across personal injury compensation schemes in NSW.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can build capacity and quality in the delivery of healthcare services.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing capability, training, and engagement initiatives.
  2. Leading and managing project development and implementation of strategic projects.
  3. Collaborating with stakeholders to support the implementation of complex program initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering transformative programs in health, human services, or the regulatory sector. They will possess excellent analytical skills, be able to think outside the box, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

The role reports to the Director, Health Policy, Prevention & Supervision, in the Value-based Healthcare team. A strong background in public policy, preferably in either health and human services or regulation, is essential.

Requirements:

  • Dynamic and proactive leader with experience in program management.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to solve complex problems.
  • Strong understanding of values-based healthcare, health outcomes, and program management.
