The Connected Care Service Development Manager position presents a dynamic chance to drive healthcare innovation and lead the implementation of transformative initiatives.

The Connected Care Service Development Manager will work within the Connected Care Service to lead the development and implementation of innovation projects aligned with the SWSLHD Transforming Your Experience strategy.
Responsibilities include evaluating current services, identifying opportunities for innovation, developing new virtual clinical pathways, and leading change management initiatives.
A focus on development and implementation of remote patient monitoring services across the district is also crucial.
Collaboration with both clinical and non-clinical staff, patients, consumers, senior leaders, and external partners is essential to align SWSLHD services with community needs.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a health management field or relevant experience in a health-related or health management field.
- Demonstrated experience in project management ensuring coordination of diverse inputs and achievement of optimal performance within an environment of conflicting priorities and tight timeframes.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiation and engagement with key stakeholders at all levels through a collaborative approach.
- Demonstrated understanding and application of quality frameworks, client-centred clinical service delivery, best practice applications, and models of integrated care.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, evaluate, and report on program/initiative/service efficiencies and develop mitigation strategies where appropriate.
- Possession of an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2) is required. Applicants who hold a C class license from another state must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment.
