Healthcare Transformation Manager

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Transformation Manager to lead the implementation of innovative healthcare initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving transformational change and shaping the future of healthcare delivery.
Job Description:The Healthcare Transformation Manager will work closely with clinical, digital, and operational teams to design and implement new models of care that enhance clinical and operational efficiencies. This includes developing and evaluating program/initiative/service efficiencies and developing mitigation strategies where appropriate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions aligned with our organizational strategy.
- Lead the development and implementation of remote patient monitoring services across the district.
- Work closely with senior leaders and external partners to align our services with community needs.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Healthcare Transformation Manager will also be expected to possess expertise in health service planning and project management, with strong proficiency in stakeholder engagement, clinical service development, and change management. They will inspire, influence, and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders to drive transformational change.
Requirements:To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a relevant tertiary qualification in a health management field and/or relevant experience in a health-related or health management field. They should also have demonstrated experience in project management, negotiation and engagement with key stakeholders at all levels, and possession of an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2).
