Account Manager

The Account Executive is a key role within our Business Development team, responsible for managing client relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Provide expert consultation on program strategy, incentives, and budget management.
- Accurately forecast revenue and activity, ensuring timely delivery and performance guarantees.
- Collaborate with the Client Service team to develop client-specific work-plans and ensure contract requirements are met.
- Communicate client needs effectively to internal teams and departments.
- Monitor project delivery and track progress to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify up-sell opportunities with existing customers and consult with Sales teams on customer contract negotiations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and provide expert consultation to clients.
- Prepare regular reports on client performance statistics, including qualitative and quantitative data.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in solutions sales, preferably in a Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical environment.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Technology, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of clinical trials and experience in the area would be a distinct advantage.
