About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our Business Development team at ICON plc. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining relationships with clients, managing projects, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture client relationships to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project progress and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion through upselling and cross-selling of services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management or sales within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and delivering exceptional client service.
