About this Opportunity
SECUREcorp is seeking a motivated Security Officer to join our team at the Chadstone Shopping Centre, one of our largest retail locations in the southeast.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level security and customer service duties, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for customers and employees.
- Guard, patrol, monitor, and control assigned premises, maintaining a secure environment.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance, and provide necessary support.
- Assess and respond to situations of risk, prioritizing safety and well-being.
- Control access to restricted areas and maintain accurate incident reports and data logs.
- Monitor CCTV systems to ensure overall security and compliance.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Must hold a current Security License and Valid First Aid certification.
- Proven experience within the security industry, with a preference for retail environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for effective collaboration.
- Able to work within a team environment or autonomously, adapting to changing circumstances.

Week Three:
Monday: 7pm-7am
Tuesday: 7pm-7am
Saturday: 9am-9pm
Sunday: 9am-9pm
Week Four:
Wednesday: 7am-7pm
Thursday: 7am-7pm
Friday: 9am-9pm
