Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Connection Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing direct care to customers, including assisting with social supports, domestic assistance, and connecting them with their local community
  • Creating and maintaining personalized service schedules that meet each customer's unique needs and preferences
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating relevant systems in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless customer support and resolving any concerns or issues that may arise
  • Receiving customer payments and handling invoice queries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Continuously assessing and improving processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Performing daily morning checks and organizing cover for staff absences as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-focused environment with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service
  • Passion for developing and nurturing relationships with customers, their families, and other key stakeholders
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using similar software packages an asset

  • Current Western Australian Driver's Licence
  • A valid driver's licence
  • Rights to work in Australia
  • Current First Aid Certificate (with less than 12 months' expiry)
