We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at BlueCross. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and residents, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a busy switchboard and arrange appointments
  • Updating resident and staff lists
  • Filing & archiving
  • General administration support to the Admin Coordinator
  • Attend to any messages and deliver as appropriate
  • Ensure all emails are read frequently throughout the day and prioritise if necessary. Forward onto appropriate person/s in a timely manner
  • Open and date stamp all incoming mail daily and distribute accordingly
  • Maintain office equipment and organise service calls as needed
  • Monitor and order toner supplies as required
  • Maintain a stock of all stationary supplies and re-order if necessary, on a weekly basis
  • Monitor franking machine supplies and reorder if necessary
  • Monitor recycling boxes for used printer cartridges and call for a pickup if necessary. Record on system
  • Monitor condition of courier bags. If needed, order a new one
