
Marine Operations Officer

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain the vessel's general cleanliness and perform routine maintenance tasks
• Participate in lookout duties and assist with navigation
• Drive tenders, Zodiacs, Rescue boats, and lifeboats as required
• Participate in drills and additional shipboard/shoreside training
• Attend crew meetings and assist with passenger exchanges and vessel turnarounds
• Undertake other reasonable duties assigned by shipboard management

Enhance guest comfort, education, entertainment, and well-being through active and non-intrusive interaction.
Teamwork:
Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team to deliver exceptional cruise experiences for guests and employment experiences for crew.
Standards:
Adhere to the highest standards of behavior, discipline, and dress according to company policy and image.
Additional Duties:
Complete other duties directed by the Master, including assisting in the galley, bar, wheelhouse, or engine room, which will be of a reasonable nature.
Certifications and Qualifications:
Navigational Watch Rating, Remote First Aid & Advanced CPR, Certificate of Sea Safety STCW95/CoST, AMSA Medical Certification, Certificate of Proficiency in Survival Craft, Crowd Control & Crisis Management, MSIC card, ASSB, Steering Certificate (issued on board)
Accommodation and Food:
Food and accommodation are provided free of charge while aboard the vessels. Crew quarters are shared, with periodic inspections by the Master and Purser.
Shared Mess room and Laundry facilities are available onboard.

Represent our brand positively and promote it in a favorable light at all times.
