As an apprentice/trainee, you will play a key part in learning & delivering high-quality workmanship to an exceptional customer service level for Platinum Suzuki Marine's valued clientele.

What you'll be doing

  • Obtain a trade qualification in Marine Mechanics at TAFE & in-house training
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless delivery of maintenance and repair services
  • Learn & maintain comprehensive product knowledge to effectively match customer needs with the best solutions
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and business growth objectives
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with clients
  • Support marketing initiatives and help promote the Suzuki Marine brand

What we're looking for

  • Basic knowledge of marine/automotive engines, parts and accessories
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
  • Passion for the marine industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Willingness to continually learn and expand your product knowledge
  • Basic computer systems, point-of-sale software and Microsoft Office applications
